Q. Where is my order?
A. Email us if you did not get the order in 7-10 business days. Emailing us at gosikh at gmail dot com gets a faster response.

Q. Do we guarantee our products?
A. Yes. If you are not happy with any item, please mail it back and we will refund all charges including your original mailing costs. This is an honor system, we will stand my our word and we hope you will not misuse this.

Q. Are you able come to our Warehouse and buy a Turban?
A. No. Sorry :(

Q. Do we mail swatches for you to see what color works for you?
A. Yes, but I am slooooooow at doing it because orders take precedense.

Q. Do we accept Phone orders?
A. No, we tried it and it was a very loooooong process. Alternately, you can print out your shopping cart page and send us a check or money order.

Q. How many Yards is one Meter?
A. 1 meter = 1.0936133 yard

Q. How many Meters is one Yard?
A. 1 yard = 0.9144 meters

Q. Do you sell Double Patti Turbans?
A. Yes, we do, please check the left Nav.

Q. What is the average length of a Turban?
A. We sell Turbans in all lengths but the usual orders are for lengths between 3-7 meters.

Q. What is the heaviest Turban material?
A. The following is the order (heavy to light) : Rubia, Silk, Full Voile, F74

Prices

Q. Do we accept anything other than Paypal?
A. Yes, we do. We accept personal checks and money order.

Q. Do we do wholesale or give price break for large orders?
A. Yes :-), you are more than welcome to ask.

Q. Do we give price break to business owners planning to resell the items?
A. Yes :-)

Q. Do we give price breaks or discounts just because you are a fellow Kaur/Singh?
A. Sorry, No!, but if you place a large order then you might be able to get a price break.

Shipping

Q. Do we offer overnight shipment?
A. Sorry, we don't. Please plan ahead.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We ship out twice a week to keep costs low, on mondays and fridays. US orders can take 3-8 business days and International orders can take 2 weeks. While this is true for 95% of the orders, there are conditions that are out of my control that cause additional delays.

A. Email us if you did not get the order in 7-10 business days.

Q. Why is there a sales tax for Non-US orders?
A. The sales tax is actually a charge to bridge the gap between the actual shipping charges to Non-US destinations.
The shipping charges to non-US locations is roughly 15-22% higher, this is the only support paypal has for non-US customers.

Q. How do I find out my shipping charges (for items in my shopping cart)?
A. Please see the shopping cart, it should be on that (paypal) page.
